Q. What kind of payments do you accept?

A. At the moment we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q. Why has my order been canceled? 

A. Your order could have been canceled for a number of reasons: it could have been because the items are not available, we had difficulty processing your order, or we were unable to ship to the address provided. 

Q. How much do you charge for shipping? 

A. Shipping cost with in the USA are $5.00 and $25.00 internationally. 

Q. Do you offer saturday delivery? 

A. Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday delivery. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we do ship internationally.  

Q. What is your return policy? 

A. You may return your purchase within 7 day of receiving your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.  Items returned must be new, unworn, unopened, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached and intact. Items not received in original condition will be returned to the customer. Customer is responsible for sending the package through a traceable carrier at customer's expense. Unfortunately Roperito Boutique does not offer refunds or store credit on any of the following items; sale/ clearance items, jewerly and accessories, handbags, and intimates they are all Final Sale. In case Roperito Boutique shipped the wrong item please contact us via email as soon as possible. 

Q. How long will it take to process my return? 

A. It will take about 2 weeks from the day we receive your package to process your return.
